the blue trim looks funky I know, but I’m waiting for spring to start painting the outside.
backyard needs a lot of work, gotta redo the grass… at least I got a lime tree 
gonna repaint the inside of the garage and thinking of doing the epoxy floor paint thing. It’ll be a nice space to do tabletop shooting.
still needs a few more pieces of furniture, book/wall shelves and maybe a few rugs. notice the in-ceiling speakers
had to sand and lacquer the desks. Damn you ikea! I may have to do wall shelves to fit all the photo books
I think I like the kitchen as it is…
the tv stand worked out pretty well; still a lot of clutter on it, but it’ll look better once Tim finishes the drawers for the bottom opening hiding the mess of cables.
ok, the contractors are finally done with the place! Had central air/heating installed, floors finished, rewired the whole house, new panel, outlets and lighting in the garage, painting, recessed lighting and finally in-ceiling speakers! Yay!
Some of the furniture got delivered today, still gotta go and find a coffee table and dining table. May try to do a booth type thing instead of a regular dining setup.
Been so busy that it didn’t occur to me to take photos… will try to post some photos soon.
Oh and I’ve been trying very hard to figure out a good solution for the tv/entertainment stand situation. Looked everywhere but nothing retail really works well with the space and equipment I have, so I’m trying to have it built by a friend.
Here’s a really simple sketch of what it may look like. All the gadgets are to scale so I think it may all fit together nicely.
I’m thinking of putting some photo books on the top left shelve, framed by simple bookends maybe.
Loan is finally funded! Wohoo!
Going to Minnesota friday to take photos at a Target store, and next week I’m in Seattle shooting still for a video project. Last week was Puerto Rico and the week before that I was in NY.
I don’t think I’ve ever flown this much in a single month before. I really love flying, but even I’m tired of it now.
